1. The Agreement
By creating an account with **Bouncer Gate Securities LLC** ("Bouncer"), you agree to be bound by these terms. Bouncer provides a software-as-a-service platform that automates property access via the Twilio API.
2. SMS Notifications & Consent
Bouncer utilizes automated SMS notifications to alert users of unauthorized gate access attempts (the "Stranger Shield").
- By providing your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive automated text messages from your assigned Bouncer line.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your gate activity.
- You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP." Note that opting out will disable functionality.
3. Fees and Fair Use
Bouncer operates on a subscription model ($7.00/mo) plus a one-time activation fee ($5.00).
Fair Use Policy: Accounts exceeding 150 gate events in a cycle may be transitioned to a Business Tier.
4. Limitation of Liability
Bouncer is a convenience tool. We do not guarantee the physical security of your property.
